Love the teas from here. Not all of them are to my tastes but they tend to be true to what they say.
I wish I could stop falling in love with limited edition flavours though.
Where this company knocks it out of the park is with their customer support, and social media contact. They really go the extra mile, and are always really lovely to deal with......although in the however many years I've been buying their teas, I think I have only had 1 problem with an order.
Fantastic company who genuinely care about their customers. They seem to treat their staff really well, and it shows in how the staff then treat the customers.
Would definitely recommend.

I went to a workshop in Oxford for my 30th Birthday and it was fantastic! Chloe, Fran and Annabel were wonderful and really made it so entertaining and interesting. I was a difficult customer being allergic to many of their teas, and they did a wonderful job at adjusting everything to make it suitable, and put some extra birthday touches to the experience as well. I highly recommend this experience, and the shop is fantastic too - with an amazing range of unusual tea mixes and products. Definitely a must do activity if you love interesting teas!

They are just generally a FANTASTIC company to deal with. Customer service is flawless, attention to detail, price, speedy shipping, product quality… the list explaining why they are an amazing company is endless

I ordered the tea pick n Mix for my dad for his birthday and he loved it! It came with a cute hand written note wishing him a happy birthday and some freebies too.
There was so many nice flavours to pick from I will definitely be ordering some for myself too. Highly recommend Bird & Blend Tea co :)

Wow what fantastic service for a start lovely little note in the box too, delivery was quick and easy. The website was easy to navigate and well put together my screen reader had no problems reading it. The choice is well out of this world. I got the blue raspberry tea which was so tasty. I'm so grateful I found this site no tea will ever be the same again

I love everything about Bird & Blend! I ordered after being advertised their Easter teas via social media, and ordered the ‘Cream Egg Loose Leaf Tea’ - it came within a few days, packaged really nicely, and included two samples, both of which were delicious and made sense based on the blend I’d bought, and a hand written note thanking me for my order! The whole order process was really seamless, and I LOVE the handwritten note, it was such a lovely touch. Can’t wait to re-order in future!

Everything everyone else says - amazing teas with incredible flavour blends, nice little personal touches (they hand wrote a note from the friend who sent me the tea because I was going through a hard time - personal touch was much appreciated! - and yummy free samples. Also love that the teas are in compostable plastic free sachets. Happiness in a cup!

The staff are friendly and brilliant customer service. I noticed something small was missing from my recent order, I contacted them and received a replacement the next day with a big bag of free tea too.

Speedy shipping, friendly service and always a couple of sample bags to try! They’ll even tell you a joke if you ask nicely!

Absolute great service! Kind and generous all the way through and even after the order process! And the tea is amazing too of course :)

Beautiful packaging on the birthday box and super fast delivery...and even better, 3 free surprise tea samples too!

Super delish! Considering Brexit, Covid and general holiday mess, the delivery was still fast. And more important, the teas are so delicious. I've got some green and black teas, haven't tried everything yet but the ones I have (Mojitea and Lady Lavender) taste natural and are excellently blended. Definitely going to order again!
